  1. PRINCIPLE: God directs us to sow into good soil by giving of our time, talents and treasures. (Genesis 1:28) We should promote fruitfulness as the Spirit leads.
  2. ACCOUNTABILITY: Our operational plan and ministries align with our core beliefs, which keeps us accountable to both you and God. Moreover, we nurture real relationships with real people.
  3. OUTCOMES: Pastor Richmond is true to his calling and casts a clear vision that explains how and why we will achieve the outcome of growing people spiritually and practically. We instill a message of hope, the promise that God’s living water brings abundance to all who receive it. We envision broken people renewed, households restored, families flourishing like a garden, and underdogs rising from the dust to become more than conquerors in Christ. To that end, we combine inspirational preaching and teaching with practical training, coaching and resources to give people a comprehensive and positive experience that makes a lasting impact. (Definition: teaching vs. training)
  4. PURPOSE: We serve people by actively managing strategy and change. Our main goal is to honor God and promote forgiveness, joy and satisfaction in our lives.
